Welcome to St. Philip the Apostle Anglican Church. We are a parish of the Reformed Episcopal Church, within the Province of the Anglican Church in North America.
St. Philip was an Apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was always bringing people to Jesus Christ because he knew that Jesus is the only hope of salvation and wellness for all people. We are a loving, multi-cultural parish that likewise believes that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, the forgiveness of sins, and healing of the soul for every person. The Word of God, the Bible, is entirely trustworthy and it speaks of Jesus Christ as the only true God and our firm hope for all eternity.
Erosion of our American and Christian traditions has continued at an alarming pace. Tradition is important as it gives us roots and a connectedness to something larger than we, ourselves, are. At St. Philip, we have this connectedness and we have deep roots. Not only do we worship in the manner Christians have worshipped for two thousand years, we still worship in the same manner as our American Founding Fathers, such as George Washington did. We invite you to find connectedness and to grow deep roots with us.
